Out of its keenness on developing its financial resources and supporting the subscribers’ activities in the pension schemes and fulfilling their needs, PPA prepared a study of which results showed the need of the state employees and retirees to the existence of a house purchasing program meeting their needs and helping them obtain the appropriate house. Accordingly, PPA commenced the implementation of such program through which its provides financial facilities up to SR five million to finance the employees and a category of retirees subject to (civil / military) pension scheme desiring to purchase a house.


One of the advantages of such program is providing long – term finance gainst easy installments along with providing the beneficiary with a grace for payment. All national state employees holding fixed jobs in the state general budget or authorities and public institutions subject to the pension scheme benefit from such program including male / female employees and military persons. Moreover, a couple can benefit and joint purchasers from the program. PPA authorized Dar Al Tamleek Company to manage MASAKIN Program.


MASAKIN Program is deemed a financing system based on Sharia (Islamic Law) – compliant Murabaha as the PPA shall purchase and own the property (villa / Duplex / Apartment / Residential Buildings) upon the request and desire of a beneficiary (employee / retiree) then sale of the same to the beneficiary on installments with a defined profit margin.
